We offer permanent company management service or collaboration on selected projects. We assist domestic and foreign Clients in choosing the most beneficial tax and legal form of business, company establishment, registration, and operating activities.

  • Preparation of shareholders' meetings resolutions regarding the liquidation process opening of a business entity and the appointment of liquidators, as well as shareholders' meetings resolutions approving the completion of the liquidation process and removing the company from the register of the National Court Register (KRS) 
  • Completing formalities in the Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG), and in the applicable business register
  • Fulfilling the obligation to inform the relevant authorities of the business entity de-registration 
  • Support in the preparation and transfer to accounting, financial, tax, HR, and payroll documentation archives after the liquidation process is completed
